IMPORTANT REMINDER… Friday January 7th, 2005 is the last day to report any ATOM 1099 changes for the 2004 tax year (which ended November 30, 2004). Please review the following 1099 information for accuracy. - Is your Tax Name correct? - Is your Tax Address correct? - Is your Tax Identification Number correct? Incorrect tax information will cause future IRS problems!
